What to expect
Private sessions take place either in our home studio in West Ealing, or in your own home.
There will be a introductory phone call prior to the initial session to discuss what you want to get out of your practice, so we consistently work towards your goals in sessions.
Examples of goals could be improved stress management, increased focus and discipline, or getting into a specific posture.
The sessions are one hour long and will include a blend of physical postures, breath work and guided meditation.
Walk away feeling positive, inspired and motivated to build on the practice each week.
