Join a warm and supportive beginner's course to master the foundations of the practice
Courses consist of four 1.5 hour sessions and are taught on Saturday mornings for four consecutive weeks

What to expect
My name is Alexa Young
The sessions will be 1.5 hours long
Each session will start with around 15 minutes of theory, with the remainder spent on poses, breath work and meditation
The groups are small to keep the guidance personal
The studio is a light filled and airy space in a peaceful part of London
At the end of the course, you will understand how to benefit from the practice in your day to day
